Zelle:

Most banks provide the Zelle digital payment network within their website. Check online to see if your bank offers Zelle payment. If they do, sign up for it through your bank’s website. You can also download the Zelle Mobile App on your phone. Then email our customer service department at [email protected] to obtain our payment information. You’ll need that info before you can put the payment through.

A Zelle payment occurs directly from your online banking account using its website or sponsored mobile app, so it’s safe and secure. Your bank transfers the money to us without providing our company any personal bank or credit card information.

Zelle is a much quicker and safer option for online purchases.

Customers that chose the Zelle payment option before emailing us will need to wait until we contact you at the email or phone number provided during checkout to verify payment before package shipment.

Please do not mention a kratom payment during the transaction: only your order number.

Cryptocurrency:

We accept payment through Coinbase. Once this online payment option gets selected, the customer checkout directs you to Coinbase.com. Sign in or create an account to make a secure payment using Bitcoin, Ethereum, or USD Coin.

Cash On Delivery:

We also accept cash on delivery for specific clients. Large orders are exempt from this offer: $100 or more. You must have a prior history of purchase for us to accept.
